Chilli Red Color

Description: Extracted from high quality peppers, its main
color component is the chilli red pigment and capsorubin. Its
final product is the deep red oil soluble liquid, easily soluble
in grease ethanol and insoluble in water. It will become water
soluble pigment by certain degeneration process.

Feature: Pure natural, rich in beta carotene and vitamin C
with health care effect, bright color, strong dyeing ability,
good resistant to light and heat, widely applied in any PH.

Application: Widely used in fruit juice, beverage, wine,
candy, ice cream, cookies, condiments, pasta, puffed food,
medicine and other fields.
